& Payments
1. Enquiries
If you are interested in booking the villa please
make an initial enquiry by e-mail info@lanzaroteholidays.org,
or telephone 0044 (0)113 226 8526 or 0044 (0)771 815
9733.
2. Availability Confirmation
On receiving a provisional booking, we will confirm
availability and reserve the booking dates for five
days (giving you time to book your flights/car hire).
A 25% deposit is then payable to confirm the booking.
If we have not received payment (by cheque or bank
transfer within 5 days) the provisional booking may
be cancelled.
3. Balance of Payment
The full balance outstanding together with a £100
refundable bond is due twelve weeks before the start
of your holiday. If your holiday is less then twelve
weeks away we will require full payment on booking.
What's included
in the price
Prices are based
on four people sharing, additional guests are charged
at £50 per person per week (we do not charge
for under 2s) . The villa has two bedrooms - one double
and one twin. There are also two single camp beds
in each of the bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the
dining room.
On arrival you will
find a Welcome Pack of food and drink (incl bottle
of wine) in the villa.
Clean bed linen and
towels for the bathroom will be provided at the beginning
of each week. There is also a mid week towel change.
The cleaning service is weekly although additional
cleaning/linen changes can be arranged on request
(at additional charge). Please bring your own beach
towels.
Departure and
arrival
The villa must be
vacated by 10 o'clock on the day of departure. New
arrivals will be able to use the facilities after
2pm.
Duty of Care
Although the villa
is cleaned thoroughly after your visit the owners
reserve the right to charge extra for cleaning if
the villa is, in their opinion, left in an unreasonable
state.
Guests must respect
that this is a peaceful residential area and must
at all times show due consideration for neighbours.
Damage/Breakages
Any damage to the
property is expected to be paid for and therefore
appropriate travel insurance should be taken out.
Small damage/breakage costs will be deducted from
the refundable bond and if greater in value will be
collected on your return home.
Liability
As
part of the agreement to let the property, we cannot
be responsibility for any loss or damage to the
personel effects of the hirer during their stay
nor any personal injury which may be sustained whilst
on the property.
Unforeseeable
Circumstances
The
owners cannot be held responsible for any unforeseeable
circumstances which might affect your stay eg power
cuts, building work or poor weather. We will however
do our best to help resolve any issues which may
arise.
Smoking
Policy
We
would be grateful if all clients respect our non
smoking policy within the villa.
