OUTSIDE CASA ROSULIDA
Faro Park is a peaceful, high quality development of luxury villas. Casa Rosulida is built on a large plot which is fully enclosed by a perimeter wall and has a private heated pool, sun terrace and gardens. The villa is approached via a private road and has its own parking spaces. To the rear, French doors lead from the lounge to a south facing sun terrace, complete with superb 7 x 3.5 metre heated swimming pool. A pergola offers a shaded area to sit. The comfortable furniture make this a partcularly relaxing place, especially with the pool lit up at night. Sun loungers, patio furniture and a barbecue complete the pool side facilities. The villa also has a large private roof terrace with a four person jacuzzi ideal for admiring the fantastic views across the sea to Fuerteventura and to the rear the Montana Roja volcano. A 100m walk leads to a parade of shops including mini-market, two bakeries, Chinese, Italian & Spanish restaurants & three bars.

The rooms are spacious and furnished to a high standard. Marble floors and high ceilings give it a really classy feel. The villa has three bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, WC and basin. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom twin beds. The second bathroom has a large walk-in shower, WC and basin. The fully fitted kitchen boasts bright modern units with granite work tops and includes: electric oven with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all utensils for self catering. There is an arched-over breakfast bar to the lounge which is comfortably furnished with two and three seater sofas, and has a 32" widescreen LCD TV with Sky satelite system and a DVD/Video recorder (a selection of DVDs & videos are free to use). The large dining room also has a double sofa bed, meaning the villa can actually sleep eight. A utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.
The villa now has wireless broadband internet access for anyone wishing to take their laptop.
